Investments lacking a capital return feature are subject to termination at any given moment, and users are explicitly informed that there is no entitlement to request the return of capital in such instances. It is imperative for users to carefully consider this condition when engaging in investment activities without the expectation of capital retrieval.

The terms presented regarding the investment cancellation feature are provided solely for informational purposes. It is crucial to acknowledge that the actual cancellation process may extend up to 30 business days.

Withdrawals

The instant withdrawals feature operates independently of the Service direct control. Consequently, any delays or errors arising from malfunctioning payment gateways are beyond the Service control and, therefore, not subject to compensation. Every commission, regardless of nature, is subject to removal, investigation, and potential adjustment at the sole discretion of the Service.

At the sole discretion of the Service, any user may be excluded from the Referral Program without the obligation to provide a detailed explanation.

Individual commissions, whether pertaining to specific levels or structures, are subject to potential modification or disabling at the sole discretion of the Service.

Career program

Conditions of the career program are subject to change at any time. Participants are responsible for staying informed about potential modifications, as alterations may occur without prior notice. These changes are binding upon all participants, emphasizing the dynamic nature of the program.

Updates to career progress will be promptly reflected in user account upon the activation of an investment by a person within the referral team.

Upon meeting the turnover tier criteria for a designated career rank, rewards will be credited to the user account in Service in career points. It is essential to note that the points awarded carry an exchange rate of 1:1 to USD.

Career points are convertible into account balance in any currently available currency within the Service. The exchange rate for such conversions is solely determined by the Service.

Every earned career point, regardless of nature, is subject to removal, investigation, and potential adjustment at the sole discretion of the Service.

At the sole discretion of the Service, any user may be excluded from the Career Program without the obligation to provide a detailed explanation.
